First Impression: Just a touch of blush pink, beautifully grounded and approachable.
Flavours: Medium intensity of crisp strawberry jelly and sour cherry, watermelon, stem, and just a hint of peppery notes.
Structure: Dry but fruity, medium+ acidity, medium almost creamy body, medium+ flavour intensity, medium alcohol, medium+ finish.

Location: Jagged Rock Vineyard, Black Sage Bench.
Harvest: Hand harvested
Fermentation: Whole cluster pressed
Aging: Aged in concrete eggs.
