Off Centre Viognier 2019 - Red Barn at Jagged Rock
Tasted Oct 22nd 2021
Note: Was immediately captured by its beauty! I had to do a double take and a step backwards absolutely in awe. Outstanding quality, very well balanced, even at 14.9%, it was beautifully balanced and glamorous. It’s like a bride walking on prairie green field wearing an impressively long white wedding gown decorated with thousands of blossoms.
First Impression: Pale lemon golden colour, it shines somehow. Amazingly fragrant and vibrant. Absolutely stunning!
Flavours: Pronounced intensity, perfumed floral, lemon curd, jasmine, green tea, pear, peach, honey dew melon, honey. Immediately mesmerized.
Structure: Dry, medium acidity, full bodied, medium+ intensity, medium alcohol. Harmonized complexity. Superb long Finish.
