This natural wine is very well made! No sulphites added but tastes so fresh, vibrant, and delicious!  Makes me wonder why add sulphites at all if natural wine do so well without them!  Fresh blueberry, blueberry jam, violet, meaty spice, and earthy steely minerality lasting long into the finish. Subtle but still substantial tannins and refreshing acidity shows balance and complexity. Gives me flavour profiles of balsamic vinegar and Port somehow.  With the structural elements and the flavour profiles, I will not be really surprised if this wine can hold for another 5-7 years or even more!  Works so well with ribeye steak!
