DEPLOYMENT & EXCLUSIVITY PROTOCOLS

• The Geographic Lockout (Standard License): To prevent sensory overlap and maintain brand integrity across Tier-1 events, all Standard deployments are subject to a strict 30-Day Vancouver Metro Geofence. Once an instance is deployed, that specific visual/frequency framework will not be licensed to any other event within the market for 30 days.

• The Bespoke DNA Lock (Custom License): For bespoke deployments, the custom 40Hz acoustic data and plasma visual rendering generated from your specific wine list are vaulted. This unique "Sensory DNA" is locked exclusively to your agency/brand for 12 months.
